Barbara Pollini, sustainable design and materials specialist. Since 2010 she has been working in sustainable design and materials as a designer, consultant, teacher and researcher. She owns a master in Ecodesign and Eco-innovation, a Master's degree in Computational Design, and she recently completed a Ph.D. in Design (2023) researching biodesigned and biofabricated materials for the sustainability transition. Since 2012, she has been a lecturer at NABA in Milan on sustainable design and materials, Biodesign and Design Fiction.

Giuliana Zoppis, architect and journalist, has worked with various magazines and newspapers since the early 1980s: Il Sole 24Ore, Abitare, Ottagono, Ambiente Cucina, Marie Claire, Il Salvagente, Famiglia Cristiana, Cose di Casa, and the weeklies D (with Dcasa and Door) and Il Venerdì La Repubblica. Ambassador for the Italian Design Day 2018 in Addis Abeba, Ethiopia, she coordinates the Social Design Commission of ADI, after her involvement in the Sustainability Commission. In 2006, she founded the first circuit for the promotion of sustainable living, Best UP.

Luisa Prina Cerai is a freelance professional in the field of sustainable communication. After earning a PhD in Art History and working in press relations for twenty years, she now collaborates with startups and organizations in the Circular Economy. She is a TEDx speaker and lectures on new circular strategies at institutions such as RCS, the Politecnico di Milano, CNA Milano, the Order of Architects, and the Accademia del Lusso. She also creates reports on sustainable materials and installations from international trade fairs. Since 2021, she has been running the visual hub Pensierocircolare on Instagram and publishes the Circular Guide for Milan Design Week every year.
